Περιγραφή Θέσης: Receptionist / Secretary



 

Duties and Responsibilities:

➢ Welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner

➢ Providing refreshments and support to visitors and Managing Director

➢ Calendar entries

➢ Out of office activities

➢ Stock Control and ordering of supplies

➢ Basic Accounting Assistance

➢ Basic Administration support with data entries and drafting of documents

➢ Filling / Copying / Scanning / Faxing support

➢ Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

➢ Minimum 1-2 years previous experience

➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office

➢ Fluent in English and Greek; Russian will be considered an advantage

➢ Strong Communication skills

➢ Good organizational and Prioritization skills

➢ Valid Driving License

➢ Basic Accounting skills; LCCI will be considered an advantage

➢ Proactive and self-Motivated individual

➢ Professional Approach Job Type: Full-time / part time Remuneration: subject to experience
